Hutchinson Manufacturing Holdings, LLC. is seeking an ERP (Epicor) Specialist. This is a 1st Shift opportunity Monday through Thursday-4x9's and a half day on Friday. This position does require travel between facilities (Mid-Continent Engineering, Micron Metalworks, Elk River Machine Company, and Hutchinson Manufacturing). We are open to this position being based out of any one of our facilities.

About Elk River Machine Company:
We have tackled the complex, custom metal fabrication that other companies won’t touch, as well as large contract volume metal manufacturing. Our manufacturing space is in Elk River, MN. We can perform virtually all metal, steel fabrication, machining, cladding, welding, finished processes, and assembly processes on site.

Summary:

Design, test, and implement technical solutions Epicor objects & incident fixes. Effectively support system users in the compilation, submission, review, and approval of ERP data requests. Lead & support design thinking workshops to promote new & innovative solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following:

• Leverage existing and future Epicor.
• Work with development and integration teams.
• Read source documents & enter data in specific data fields.
• Assists others by furnishing information and helping with basic problem resolution.
• Learn and support various complex custom extensions on top of various tools.
• Improve process flow, user documentation for different related modules, enhance user knowledge and competency.
• Knowledge of B2B processes, interfaces, and good understanding of the integration of various modules
• Generate business-critical reports for different functional teams (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, etc.) using Epicor BAQ’s, MS Excel spreadsheets with complex pivot tables, Spreadsheet Server (Epicor Add-on)
• Travel between all the facilities is required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in computer science degree or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience being a SME of Epicor (all areas) and experience with implementing an Epicor ERP System- Kinetic
• Extensive experience of building solutions in various Epicor modules (Sales, Inventory, Quoting, Order Management, Purchasing, Shipping, BOM, WIP, Costing, Advance Pricing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger) and additional knowledge of other modules as required.
• Adaptable to change and open to take on new projects when presented.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Regular Tester with Epicor and SQL knowledge
• Experience with project management a plus.

Employees must be able to cope with Minnesota climate variances, endure heat & cold conditions in the shop. Individuals working in an office setting will not endure some of the physical & work environments conditions of the production floor unless office is adjacent to the production floor or per the individuals job duties and/ or responsibilities. All office personnel must abide by the PPE guidelines (safety glasses, safety-toed boots that are provided per the company policy guidelines) when entering the production floor or if a requirement of a department that individual is entering or working in.
